GlobalProject

Overview

A GlobalProject is a logical container for DataField and DataSource objects.

For both a Repository and a stand-alone FormLayout exactly one so-called GlobalProject is available by default. In the case of a stand-alone FormLayout the GlobalProject also contains the FormLayout. In the case of a Repository the GlobalProject may not contain FormLayout definitions - FormLayouts must be stored in user-defined Projects exclusively.

Note

The native C API does not expose a GlobalProject object. Pass NULL or an empty project name to enumerate:

Global DataFields: TFormer_GetFirstProjectVarIt.
Global DataSources: TFormer_GetFirstDatasourceIt.
Parameters of a global DataSource: TFormer_GetFirstDSParameterIt.
